My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. The appointment was scheduled within days of contact. Ron and his wife were very professional and explained each part of the inspection. Ron answered every questioned I had as he went through the inspection. They were very thorough and spend almost 6 hours inspecting our home. The final report was very detailed and allowed us to submit our 11 month warranty repairs to our builder. We were so glad we had this inspection completed. Many of the items Ron found would have gone undetected and could potentially have been issues later on down the road.
